College or Job after Graduation?
One of the most difficult career choices for high school attendants and their parents usually is whether to find a job and calm down in it for all their lives or maybe to go on their education in college. Thirty to fifty years up the line, it would not have existed as a problem at all which would make you be concerned. The period after the II World War witnessed a lot of industries thrive and needing personnel to “man” their industry. That was in time when they hired high school graduates, then trained them for everyday jobs, as a rule on factory floors.
So the Current Scenario: Will It Maintain High School Graduates?
Technological advances rising, fast paced work methods catering to spanking lifestyles in addition to the hottest buzzword globalization during the last twenty years has altered the current job market scenario totally.
High school kids of WW II contemporaries who got unproblematic jobs were qualified by their companies for specific jobs. So, this is apparently a remote cry from the state of affairs today. Time, rivalry and finances do not allow such on work training any longer. Manager and modern industry captains are in search of college graduates for specific jobs. For instance: jobs similar to healthcare workers or software engineers can just be taken by people who are well college trained on account of their specific courses.
This fact could regrettably be cruel for those who can not pay for an additional 3-4 years of studying. But as a matter of fact, high school alumnae are increasingly reducing in importance to dead-end physical jobs or routine simple mundane ones where entry-level pays and growth chances are distant from being profitable.
